There is no Codex: Blood Ravens. And the "traits" system you mention was done away with in the new codex that was released last year. Blood Ravens are just a conventional chapter.
Having said that, there is a current rumour (and it really is just the faintest whispers of a rumour at the moment) that the Blood Ravens may get their own codex or mini-codex in the next 12 months.What are the blood raven chapter rules for warhammer 40k?
blood ravens have no specific chapter rules and tehrefore use the 5th ed codex: space marines.
