What is the value of all the Warhammer 40k tau troops?

I am starting out at warhammer 40k tau and woas wondering what all the troops value is and how it works. I only just need the tau army and there web address or just a list. I have a friend who knows all about them but it's all too hard to remember.

Unfortunately, knowing the points values of models is only the start of the information you need to build your army. You will need to know the force organization restrictions, army-specific special rules (for which you need the codex) and universal special rules (for which you need the rulebook).



If you're just starting out with Tau, then you really should get yourself a copy of the codex, as it's a matter of gamer courtesy. If your opponent wants to see how a special rule is said to work, you should be able to show them the exact text in your codex. this is what codex's are for. Games workshop forbid the publication of any of their statlines on the internet, and therefore the only way to get that information will be to buy the apporopraite codex.
