Ok well it would be nice to know your price range. But the new nvdia 8600 is the best you can get for a laptop that I know of. It will play anything on the market today easily. I have looked into laptops for college/gaming and I am going to go with HP. For 1400 you can get a suped up gaming laptop thats far cheaper and better than alien ware, dell, and especially gateway.

I'm perfectly fine with an NVIDIA GeForceM 8600GS card with this game and it still looks like COD4. However I find that using a more...potent card such as the 8800 or above will give you much better results.
